Examination Case Study to be used to answer the following set of questions, Aussie Stores Loyalty System Aussie Stores is a national retail store selling everything a family home needs. All products must be catalogued and entered into the Aussie Stores database before they go onto the shops. Customers can pay by cash, an Aussie Stores credit card or regular credit cards and to encourage loyalty from customers a system of bonus points is offered to customers. Customer details are recorded in the database and bonus points from the latest purchases are added to the customer's current bonus points. When the bonus points reach 15000, a customer is provided with a gift card worth $100 which can only be spent in an Aussie Store. The manager responsible for the loyalty scheme is provided with a daily report at the end of each day which indicates the total sales within the store, how those sales were paid for by the customer, the bonus points granted to customers, the total bonus points held by customers who shop at the store more than once a month. The loyalty manager will utilize that information together with current inventory data to determine which products will be placed on the extra bonus points list.
