A differential scanning calorimetry $($DSC$)$ test was performed on a $25mg$ polyethylene terephthalate $($PET$)$ sample taken from the screw$-$top of a soda bottle. The test was performed using a heating rate of $5\frac{K}{m}in(5$ K rise every minute$).$ The DSC output is presented in Fig. $4\mathrm{.}27.$
