Purpose:
The purpose of the reflection assignment is to demonstrateyour understanding of OB and the connection to a real-lifesituation. For this assignment you will select an OB fromthe list below to complete your assignment on. You willdescribe the OB topic and related concepts, connect your
concepts to a real-life example and identify tworecommendations for the example you outline. It is critical tolink in OB concepts throughout your reflection.

Your assignment should be a maximum of 800 words in 12-point font. The following provides an overview of the structure of your paper:

Section 1: OB Topic Overview (approx. 300 words)
In this section you will use your own words to describe whatyou have learned from the OB topic. It is critical to integrateOB concepts learned about your topic area and bold all OBconcepts explored in this section. You can reference yourtextbook using proper in text citations. In this section it isimportant to demonstrate your understanding about the OB topic by reflecting on your thoughts, reactions and perspective on the topic area.

Section 2: Application with Real Life Example (approx.250 words)
In Section 2 you will describe a real-life experience that relates to your OB topic. This can be your own experience in an organization, or the experience of a family member, friend or colleague. It is important to establish clear connections between your example and your OB topic by connecting in OBconcepts to your real-life example. It is required that you bold the OB concepts so that you can visibly see you are connecting enough concepts into your paper.

Section 3: Recommendations (approx. 250 words)
This section identify two recommendations that apply to our example.
The recommendations outline strategies you would recommend for the example you shared (this could include improvements, continuing good practices etc). The recommendations should have OB concepts linked in and clearly, outline the connection to our learning. The OB concepts you connect can be from anything learned to date in class and OB concepts must be bolded to demonstrate your learning.
