Insert a new standard module and define a procedure that when executed, prompts the user for his/her name and phone number. The form of the phone number entered by the user should include 2 dashes-one after the area code, and one after the 3-digit prefix. The program should use string functions to remove the dashes and then output the user's name and dashless phone number to a worksheet.
