Exercise 1: Plan a Project Identify and describe a project to plan. List and describe the project activities (a minimum of 8 activities), and determine a deadline for your project. Part 1: Create a precedence network for the project, and apply CPM to determine the minimum project duration and critical path for your project. The network may not be a simple linear network. Part 2: Create a Gantt chart for your project
