For this exercise you will interview others who know you in various capacities (relatives, friends, co-workers, room-mates, etc) in order to develop a profile of how others see you as a negotiator.
Talk to at least three people, each of whom knows you in a different capacity. Explain to them that you are taking a class in negotiating and conflict management at Regenesys, and that you would like to ask them some questions to help you better understand your negotiation and conflict skills. Ask them to be very candid in their responses so that you will know what to work on in class.
