Your work on exercise 1 and 2 has now helped you to identify who the stakeholders are, what you want their relationship to be, and where they fit in the power vs. interest gird. It is now time to build a communications plan for your stakeholders. This will allow you to know when and how you will communicate to each of your identified stakeholders throughout the project.

Step 2: Complete the chart, make sure that your objectives are SMART, and that you take into consideration how to best reach each stakeholder.
