Exercise 3B1: p-Chart Problem (5 Points). Each week a 20 person random sample is taken of patients checking out of Ball State University Hospital (BSUH). Patients who are sampled complete a hospital service quality questionnaire. This questionnaire seeks to assess patients' satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the quality of care they received while at BSUH. Recently, hospital administrators have become concerned that too many patients have reported dissatisfaction with BSUH's quality of care. During the past 10 weeks, they have tracked the number of patients expressing dissatisfaction each week (see the table below). Develop the appropriate control chart to monitor patient reports. Explain whether or not hospital care quality is or is not in control. Assume 3 sigma control limits.
