Using the information from Exercise $3$ of this homework, simulate $10,000$ randomly picked persons and record the time spent on their phone in a day. Hint: Use the help file of the scipy $.$ stats module seen in Lab$05$ to find the appropriate function for a normal distribution.

Draw the histogram representing the distribution of the time spent on the phone by the $10,000$ randomly picked persons. Hint: Use the matplotlib module seen in Lab$04.$

Compute the mean and compare it to the parameter of the normal distribution. Comment on it in a cell. Hint: see Lab$04.$
