what was the reason for living the organization? There are several reason the first reason was that i have being here for two years and i was only able to get 15 to 16 hours a week because i can't get more hours I start looking for other work.
What suggesting do you have for our company to make it better working environment? Get rid of the union.
Is there any issues with management? Half of time i didnt think they were honest with me when making mistakes, be more present.
