1:   Start the unit from the cold start and achieve the steady state condition. Take the reading in page 3 log sheet for the specified parameters. For steady state condition, check the data for design operating condition.

Task 2:  Increase the pump discharge flow to 80 tph from 60 tph.

Find out the variation in the motor amperage. Record the parameters.

Task 3: Reduce the flow to 40 tph from 60 tph and find out the FC 230 valve opening and FC 220 position. What will happen to the tank level immediately after reducing the flow to 40 tph? Take the reading.

Task 4:    Find out how much flow will go through the tank drain valve if we open the drain by 50%. Note down the initial inlet flow and the final inlet flow to the tank.

 Ensure that all the controllers are manual mode and the isolation valves of the control valves are in closed condition.
