In order to prepare this report their system must track each individual sale at the various stores required. In addition, Starbucks may be interested in specific sales of their Blonde Roast for ordering purposes. By tracking sales by item, the ordering manager can determine quantities to order to ensure the stores are properly stocked. Finally, Starbucks may want to track employee review data including supervisor and employee surveys to help determine pay raises and promotions.
