TASK 1 (OF 2): While we have been talking about project management tools from the standpoint of an engineering or technology project, the tools can actually be used to help understand any type of process for which there is a prescribed sequence of events. Use this information to generate a Precedence Network and identify the Critical Path. Then use this information to create a Gantt Chart. Your presentation of the information should be similar to what was shown in the Project Management pre-work video for Week 3, Day 1.
