b. You wish to create a map depicting annual stream discharge. You have a line vector file of stream segments, and a table of monthly measurements collected from streamflow gauging stations. Both the attribute table of the vector file and the table of gauge data share a segment_ID field.

c. You wish to determine the total area of built infrastructure that is at risk of flooding by a river that flows through town. Given the topography of the town, all areas at elevations below 112m generally fall within the rivers floodplain. You have two raster layers: a digital elevation model and a land cover map (including the urban/built-up class) of the town.
