Provide advice to the client/application (approx. 4 marks)
Kim is a 60-year-old retiree and decides to make a conscious effort to purchase his groceries from the local farmers market to support Australian businesses. One day while doing his grocery shopping, he picks up a bag of biscuits made by an Australian company called Better Biscuit. On the front of the packaging there is a label that reads: Product of Australia made from 100% Australian ingredients. Kim turns to the back of the packaging to read the ingredients and listed in the ingredients is: New Zealand honey. Kim is not happy that the biscuits are advertised as Product of Australia made from 100% Australian ingredients when one of the ingredients comes from New Zealand.
In your own words, explain whether or not Better Biscuit has breached any of the provisions under Australian Consumer Law.
