Explain what is meant by the elements of a specific criminal offense. List and decribe the elements of any two felonies and one misdemeanor. Research the California three strikes law and comment on the fairness of concept (i.e who does it affect the most, does it violate cruel and unusual punishment). Lastly comment on the need for police accountability and the need for community support for law enforcement (view the videos in this weeks module to give you some other insights)
