Expression Angler. Using the Expression Angler to find genes that have expression patterns that are similar to that of your gene. This tool analyzes the expression level of your gene across hundreds of different experimental treatments, and then compares the "Profile" of your gene's expression pattern to that of all the other genes in the genome. The tool calculates the correlation coefficient between your gene and all of the other genes in the genome and returns a ranked list that provides the correlation coefficient for each comparison (a number between 0 and 1, with 1.0 being perfect correlation).
