1) Evolving technologies, automation, and robotics are being introduced into more hospitality businesses at a rapid pace to improve overall operational efficiencies, and in some cases, to reduce labor costs. Have you seen a shift in your workplace towards these new technologies? If yes, please describe. If no, describe how the restaurant might be able to adopt and utilize these new technologies in the next few years.

2) Write about your opinion as to whether or not you agree or disagree with the following statement: Hospitality is a people business - there is no person in a hotel or restaurant who can ever be replaced by robots. This is just a fad or trend whose time will pass. In the long run, our guests will never accept robots preparing or serving food, working at a front desk, or even making our beds!
