Read the story, and answer the following questions:

Greg breeds German Shepherd dogs. Terry, who lives down the street, took in a stray dog loosely identified

as a Corgi$-$plus. The dog, Casanova, would definitely be classified as a mixed breed. Terry allowed Casanova

to roam freely. Unfortunately, Casanova went to visit Greg's pure$-$bred German Shepherd. Puppies resulted

which were Shepherd and Corgi$-$plus puppies: Greg was incensed. He started a campaign to round up all of

the stray dogs, including Casanova, and haul them off to the animal shelter. He picked up a few cats as

well. He posted signs all over the neighborhood saying that no animal, neither dog, cat, nor fowl, should

come into his yard and that he was going to begin shooting the next time, period. Understandably, Terry

and some of the other neighbors took offense. Terry went over to Greg's house while he was working in

the yard. He walked behind him and shoved him. Greg did not see him coming. Greg turned around and

proceeded to have a heated conversation with Terry. Greg drew his fist back and told Terry that he was

going to punch him in the nose. Greg raised back his arm and started to punch Terry but Terry stepped

back, and all he managed to do was jab him in the shoulder, causing no actual pain. Mark, Terry's boss and

close friend who was going by on the street, saw Greg attempting to hit Terry. Greg saw Mark approaching

and pulled out a gun, pointed it at Terry and yelled "don't make me do it$!"$ This caused Terry to experience

extreme emotional distress that continues to this day, and caused him to throw up on the spot. Mark came

over and wrestled the gun out of Greg's hands, and knocked Greg out to keep him from fighting for the

gun.
