Facebook- Can Ethics Scale In The Digital Age? is the study

Group Case Study Analysis As indicated in the syllabus, in the case study report you will present your analysis of (only) one of the three cases (Facebook, UCB, or SAP). You will have the choice of selecting your preferred case for the report. The report has to be written in a clear and professional language and free of spelling or grammatical errors. The report should focus on quality over quantity, and should offer a (relatively) brief but crisp and insightful analysis) Please find below the expectations for the report (detailed rubric is also attached): Length and format: o 5-7 pages should be fine. o Appendices may be added as extra pages. However; I need to be able to read the report and understand it without the need to go back and forth between the main report and the appendices. That is, an appendix should provide additional/extra information (if needed); not to be an integral part of the report You choose the appropriate formatting (font, line space, etc.) Report Structure: . Current Situation and Issues/problems: SWOT (internal/external): strength, weaknesses, opportunities, & threats Porter Model (external) - PESTLE: political, economic, social, technological, Legal, & Environmental - Alternative Courses of Action . Different alternatives (strength/weakness, +/-, cost benefit analysis...) Decision criteria and matrix - Recommendation(s) - Implementation Short term Long term . Other considerations (e.g. risks, change management, etc....) Conclusion .
