The first step towards doing that is to see how valuable your failures have already been. The goal of this assignment is to help you reframe past failures as essential learning opportunities using a growth mindset. You will create a r$$sum$$ where you describe and analyze some of your most significant failures. The focus will not be on simple mistakes or things you can easily explain, but rather on failures that had an impact on you.

The key to making the most of any failure is reflection. Once a failure occurs, successful people take time to identify:

What failed

Why it failed

And above all how to grow by understanding how they can improve next time.

I want you to create a resume, but not a typical resume where you would document all of your successful accomplishments. This is going to be a failure resume. Think about committing to yourselves that when, not if failures occur, you will make the most of it$.$ If an experience is too recent, or feels too sensitive to reflect on now, you are welcome to skip that failure and move on to another one.
