• A project task means an activity that needs to be completed before meeting the objectives and completing the overall goal. The project that I chose was getting my house renovated. An example of a project task that would need to be completed as part of my project is budgeting. Another example of a project task for my project is getting measurements done. It should take about an hour top each for my tasks to be completed. Getting measurements done first and then discussing cost would be the right order in terms of my project.
• Project milestone means specific points that are needed to be met in order to complete a project. A few milestones that would need to be completed as part of my selected projected are getting it approved, getting estimates, getting a start/end date, etc.
• The types of resources that are needed to complete the project are contarctors.The importance of resources when developing the schedule for a project comes down to selecting the right people/company for you. If you select a company/a group of people who have a bad rep, then you may not get your project completed in the time that you had ideally set.
