i$.$ Information Management: Pre$-$register students$$ information such as name,

matric number etc. Consider all the students are in the same programme, year of

ii$.$ Data entry: Allow teachers to enter scores for multiple subjects $($refer Figure $1$

for list of subjects$)$ for each registered student including score for coursework and

final exam.

iii. Grading Calculation: Allow the system to automatically generate grades, calculate

GPA and CGPA based on the total score entered by teachers.

iv$.$ Analytic: For each subject, calculate the total number of students based on the grade

level, calculate the average score and determine the lowest and the highest score.

v$.$ Reporting: User can request three types of reports,
