You need to develop DFDs of the business processes based on your understanding of your own business functions or jobs, if you are employed. The business can be your own job (e.g., accounting process, customer support, or human resource management). If you are not employed, you should interview with the person, such as your friend, family, on the business processes to get the detailed information to draw DFDs. The presentation should include the basic information on the company (history, industry, strategic position, employee, financial status, and so on) and current strategic issues or problems you found. You also need to include one E-R diagram to describe the suggested new business process using database.
