Final DFD Project: Business Systems Analysis This final project is developing data flow diagram (DFD) using any diagramming tools, such as VISIO or Lucidchart, and report the business systems analysis results. You need to develop DFDs of the business processes based on your understanding of your own business functions or jobs, if you are employed. The business can be your own job (e.g., accounting process, customer support, or human resource management). If you are not employed, you should interview with the person, such as your friend, family, on the business processes to get the detailed information to draw DFDs. The report should include the basic information on the company (history, industry, strategic position, employee, financial status, and so on) and current strategic issues or problems you found. You also need to include one E-R diagram to describe the suggested new business process using database. Your presentation should include 3 DFD and one E-R diagram in the MS Word: 1) the current business processes context-DFD 2) the current business processes level 0 DFD 3) the suggested new business processes level 0 DFD 4) the suggested new business process E-R diagram You should prepare (maximum) 7-page MS Word document (double space with 12 size font) and upload it in the Submission of D2L until the due date. I will evaluate your project based on the quality of the DFDs and E-R diagram and the report quality. You should prepare it with the professional manner, assuming that you are the business systems analyst who is describing your consulting results to the clients.
