Final Presentation

The final presentation is an opportunity for you and your team to reflect on the Airline experience and compare your plans and outcomes with others in the class. Because we have limited time, you'll need to present only the most important aspects of your experience. Prepare-slides for the-assignment and be ready to present them to the entire class. The presentation should cover at least these points: Your vision for the company and the plan to achieve the vision. Your firm's performance objectives and actual performance. Key strategic moves that led to your success (or demise). How you left the company positioned for the future. Important takeaways from the simulation experience.
