Assess the role of supply chain management in the company's operations and how it adds value. Discuss the economic effect of the supply chain on the company$$s profitability and market reach.

Design a supply chain network considering production, distribution, and storage. Provide a demand and supply planning strategy that ensures efficiency and reduces costs. Address the barriers the company faces and propose solutions for coordination within the supply chain.
