Make sure to review the rubrics and cover all rubrics points, include research, cite your sources in APA format, and submit by Sunday, $8/4.$ This part of the paper is again FOCUSED ON XYZ since you will be discussing the implications of the recommendations you made in the prior section. It would be best if you had a section in your paper for each of these areas, and again I highly recommend you separate these with similar headings to make it clear you are covering each section:

Implications for Financial $$ Plan: For this section, you need to discuss how the things you recommended that XYZ should do could affect XYZ$$s financial sustainability. Remember changing processes, equipment, and policies requires significant investments, so you need to explain how what you recommended in milestone three will likely impact XYZ financially. You need to have cited support for this section and give examples of generic or vague impacts that are not considered proficient.Implications for Financial $$ Technology: For this section, if you recommend new technologies for XYZ in milestone three, then discuss how those new technologies will impact XYZ$$s financially. If you only focused on $$best practices$$ in milestone three, then in this section, you need to discuss what the possible financial implications are if XYZ were to expand into new emerging technologies to help its sustainability in the future. Either way, make sure you cover how these financial implications $($related to emerging sustainability technology$)$ are different for XYZ than your researched company $($since XYZ is not a sustainable company and has never made any investments in emerging technology to help it be sustainable$).$ It would be best to have research again and cite your research to support your positions in this section.Integration $$ Come Together: In this critical section, you need to explain to XYZ$$s leadership how the financial, social, and environmental plans $($the recommendations and implications you discussed$)$ come together to help XYZ achieve greater sustainability and its sustainability goals. NOTE: for this section to be proficient, you must have specific timelines for XYZ to accomplish your recommended sustainability changes. You also need to cover all the milestones that will get XYZ to a similar level of sustainability as your researched company, so your timelines should cover many years $($like they did for your researched company$).$
