Final Project: Paper on Current Family Law Topic

• The objective of this paper is to select a current issue on one of the topics such as same Sex Couples, Citizenship, or Custody
• The issue should be a limited concept because the paper should only be about five pages long.
• You will need to take a position on whatever issue you choose to discuss.
• The paper will require you to include both current research and cases to support your position on the paper.

The paper will have the following sections:

• Introduction
• Background on the issue
• How the law or courts have dealt with it
• Future issues we may see with this issues and possible solutions
