-Final Project: Research and analyze a situation where Human Resources Management either succeeded or failed. The subject matter can be historical or a current event. Example: The hiring of the former Krispy Kreme CEO who ran the corporation into the ground. The newly hired CEO has the company thriving again. Example: The hiring of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Head who failed at coordinating disaster efforts for Hurricane Katrina causing a higher death rate. He was ousted. Example: The Chevron Human Resources Departments success story of creating a corporate culture which improved the gender, race, age, and so on diversity gap in the workplace.

Be sure to address the following components!

-Historical background of the situation or event

-Identify the Human Resources Management tactics and actions

-A summary of the Human Resources Management perceived strategic plan

-An analysis of the success or failure

-A conclusion incorporating lessons learned

-You may post your findings either in power point (10 slides minimum), paper form (2 pages minimum-APA Format), (video-5 minutes minimum), and so on.

-Include pictures and graphs to support your evidence.

-Be sure to view and listen to the narration from the From Your Instructor power point on your project. This will help you with your Final Project.
