Final Project

You will use use, Charts, Project Life Cycle, documentation, all 5 steps of Project Planning, Scope, 12 point font, double space, and followed the APA formatting such as Title page, reference page on outside sources.

Make sure to create a Scope statement which will include:

• Project Name
• Project charter
• Owner, sponsor, project manager, stakeholders
• Problem statement
• Project Goals and Objectives
• Project Requirements
• Project Deliverables
• Exclusions
• Milestones
• Cost estimates

Through weeks 5, 6, 7, and 8 till the last day of the course, your team will be developing a project plan that is a suitable project in one of your teams workplace. You need to use a mixture of Project Management Tools and different techniques that was studied or discussed in the course. You need to submit the Project Plan in week 8 of the course. By the last day of the semester.

You will be separated into groups that are generated. You will submit a personal documentation and describe your experience of your project as you had done in the first group project. This will determine individual grades for participation.

In your project you will be talking about how project managers can be helpful in the decision-making process. You will be attaching relevant appendices to help illustrate a clear indication of your Project contributions. You will be starting something new for a company. Be very detailed on your information you submit. Remember cost-analysis. Remember leadership roles. Remember how to share responsibilities.
