No firing squads or torture, as much as that is a temptation. This exercise suggests that good behavior can be encouraged by stick as well as carrot, by negative consequences to ethical breech. Why is this important? If we want business to self-regulate, it first must show willingness to change when it gets caught--and that usually means some negative consequence sufficient to make companies change.
