Find a recent journal article (dated 2012 or newer) that describes quality cost assessment in an industry of your choosing. You are to submit an electronic version of the article as well as develop an "Annotated Bibliography" (AB) of it. Your AB should be less than one page, 1.5 spaced, and consist of the full citation and a summary of the article, in your words (not just a rehash of the abstract). Provide your comments on the quality of the article and also, on a 1-5 scale, rate it with a 1 being not useful, to a 5 being very useful. Thus, the AB will have 4 sections: Title and full citation, your summary, your statement of its use to you, your numerical rating of its use to you.
