For example in order to display $1$ LEDs $2,4,5,8,11,$ and $14$should be turned on$.$To design the circuit, you need to construct a truth tableanddefinetheoutputvaluesforallthepossibleinput code values. Determining what code to assign to eachsymbol in Figure $2$ is up to you. The coding you use may reduce the hardware usage whenimplementing the circuit. Use at most $4-$bits. If possible, you can use don$$tcareconditionsinorder to simplify your circuit. After you completed your truth table, you need to simplify yourcircuit by using Karnaugh maps and Boolean algebra. Finally, you have to implement the circuit inTinkerCAD.
