First Deliverable$-$ Project Proposal $(10$ points$)$

To help you determine if your idea is of reasonable scope, you will submit a project proposal for initial feedback. I will review the project proposal to help you refine your topic, if necessary. The project proposal should consist of $2$ to $3$ pages $($s$)$ describing the project idea or the problem you plan to solve by outlining your high$-$level approach to how you plan to solve the problem. It is also when you get to declare the composition of your team and your high$-$level plan as a team.

Your proposal should answer the following three questions:

Name of your company

The product you want to produce

The target audience you plan to market your product to

Your high$-$level plan for delivering this product

Think as a System Administrator or Programmer, think also in terms of what you would like to build or develop at the end of this course. It is a statement of work or problem description of your project at a high level with an outline of your deliverables without going into details or the $$HOW$$ of your final project. Please also note that it$$s in the proposal where you also declare whom you will be working with and who will be responsible for submitting the group activities at each phase.
