First, select an RFP related to the problem you identified in Milestone One. You may use the RFP you identified in the Module Three discussion or choose another RFP connected to the problem you identified. Then write a proposal in response to the RFP describing how you would provide consulting services to address the situation$/$problem outlined in the RFP$.$

Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

I. Main Elements: Include the following main elements and requirements. Cite multiple examples to illustrate each element.

A$.$ Introduction: Briefly describe the problem$/$issue in the RFP and the services you will provide to solve it$.$

B$.$ Scope and Deliverables: Summarize the scope of the project in more detail. Explain how your skills align with the RFP deliverables. State what you will deliver at the end of the project.

C$.$ Profile of Consulting Team$/$Firm: Describe the consulting team you will use for the project, including their roles in the company and qualifications. State why you are best qualified to provide the services needed. Include your relevant experience.

D$.$ Client Success: Describe how you will deliver a successful outcome for the client. Include what you propose to do to solve the problem in an economical way.

E$.$ Submission Guidelines and Timeline: Address the RFP submission guidelines. Provide a timeline for delivery, including project management.
