First, there is Thabo. He seems to be a typical behavioural Type B$.$ He is a training officer with excellent people skills, but does fall behind with his work sometimes. He is a good follower who follows all the rules and regulations of the organisation. He organises all the training programmes of the organisation in a very methodical fashion. He handles queries and training problems patiently and keeps the employees focused on the reasons for self$-$development. He is creative in motivating employees to sign up for training programmes offered by the organisation, although he emphasises that employees should take their workload into account before signing up for new courses. He stresses the importance of a balanced work$-$life relationship. The employees see him as a humble mentor who will help where he could. They will often come to him for advice, which he then discusses and thinks through with the employee to find the best solution to a problem.
