a) You need to decide what industry sector the case company operates within, and then use Porter's Five Forces model to analyze the company's competitive environment. For example, considering the bargaining power of suppliers, what impact does the number of customers a supplier sells to have on the level of threat for this industry sector?

b) Using a separate section for each force, analyze the industry using Porter's Five Forces model. Use headers to identify each force. Be sure to discuss each of the factors that create a threat according to Porter by assessing the level of impact the factor has on the industry. Your last sentence of each force should assess the level of threat.
