This study investigated the relationships between the antecedents and consequences of job stress among flight attendants. More specifically, it looks at work-to-family conflict and family-to work conflict as the antecedents of job stress, and job satisfaction as the consequences. This study confirms that conflicts between family and work lead to flight attendants job stress, which in turn affects their job outcomes such as job satisfaction.
