Based on the script above you can see that the seller did in fact introduce himself and the company he works for. Even though he stated the product he is selling the seller however left no room for conversation. The seller could have simply asked the buyer if there was anythign he could help him with in regards to looking to purchase the air purifier. Instead it was straight to the point, showing that the seller had more of a dominant personality in sales. The conversation should have gone more like:
