Follow the following instructions for this assignment. First, pick one of the cases listed below. These are all seminal legal cases. Some of these you have studied already or will study during your paralegal education. Read the case and accomplish any additional internet research about the case and its importance to U.S. law.

After you have completed your research, draft a memorandum.

Your memorandum should contain the following:

1. Case name, general citation, and what the court name

2. The facts of the case

3. The issue / what were the parties complaining about?

4. The law that came from the case (or the holding)

5. Any dissenting or concurring opinions

6. Any other cases that changed the law relating to this case (i.e., what you found in your internet research)

7. The importance of this case to U.S law (this section should be at a minimum one hundred words)

8. Your thoughts / conclusions about the case (this section should be at a minimum one hundred words)
