Follow the steps in the document, then attach the resultant file.

1. Install a VMWare instance of Kali Linux or use a pre-built VM, link listed below. Add a username of 1, password of user402!
2. Log in as

4. Create a Snapshot in VMWARE.
5. Add an account named user2
6. Set the password as “test2”.
7. Find the passwd file, list the contents, and identify the user2 information.
8. Add user2 to the sudo group.
9. List the contents of the passwd file again and note the changes to the user2 information.
10. Add an account named user3 with the password set as “test3”.
11. Add a group named <your lastname>.
12. List the contents of the group file and confirm the group with your name was created.
13. Add user3 to this new group.
14. List the contents of the passwd file again and note the changes to the user3 information.
15. Change to the /home/users folder.
16. List the contents of the folder.
17. List the contents again, but include any hidden files.
18. Change directories to the /etc/skel folder.
19. List the contents of the folder.
20. List the contents again, but include any hidden files.
21. Create a directory named “pictures.”
22. Create a directory named “documents.”
23. Create a directory named “music.”
24. Add an account named user4 with the password set as “test4.”
25. Change to the user4 home directory.
26. List the contents of the folder.
27. Run history command and send the output to a text file
28. Export and submit the History file in the home directory into Canvas (Not a screenshot or text file, but the actual history text file)
