Following the instructions use these four standards. - K.N.4.a Represent and explain addition and subtraction as part-whole relationships, with addition as putting together and/or adding to andsubtraction as taking apart and/or taking from, using objects, drawings, numbers, and equations.- K.D.1.a Identify, sort, and classify objects by size, shape, color, and other attributes.- K.G.1.b Identify and name three-dimensional shapes including spheres, cubes, cylinders, and cones regardless of orientation orsize.- K.N.4.e Solve authentic problems that involve addition and subtraction within 10 (e.g., by using objects, drawings, and equations torepresent the problem).

Details This task has four steps. Your final submission will have four chosen standards. The knowledge and skills for each standard and a formative assessment description for each standard. Here are the directions for this task: Step 1: Students will read through NDE's Mathematics website Mathematics Education - Nebraska Department of Education Step 2: Choose one grade level to focus in on for this task (and likely other assignments). Then, choose one specific standard (ex: MA 0.1.1.a NOT MA.O.1.1) in each of the four categories (Number, Algebra, Geometry, and Data). Copy and paste these four standards onto a document. Step 3: Break apart these four chosen standards into knowledge (what students will be learning about) and skills (what students will be learning to do). Place this onto the document under each standard. Step 4: List a specific formative assessment you can use to measure the students' ability to show mastery of each standard. Be specific in your details on what the student would have to do for you to show that they indeed have mastered that learning target. Submit this document to Canvas. Bring a printed copy of your completed work to share with peers in class on Friday, August 30. If you do NOT attend class this day and have this assignment printed out, you will receive only up to 1/2 credit
