For a call center called IBEX

Students should work in groups of 35 persons to investigate the administrative practices of an organization with respect to any three (3) of the following areas: a) Office Layout; b) Office Productivity c) Communication Systems and d) Records Information Management. Students will submit a report on the findings and make recommendations, based on knowledge gained in the modules and their research on best practices. Both an oral and a written presentation is required with practical demonstration of solutions for one of the areas. The following guidelines are not exhaustive but should only serve as a guide to the student: . Identify and describe the area you have selected \&. Discuss how the organization deals with issues in that area. \&. Discuss the strengths, and weaknesses (if any) of the system. \& Prepare a list of recommendations you would make for the improvement of the system
