A few years ago my wife's family visited us from Albania, her home country. We met them in Chicago as they chose O'Hare Airport for their preferred arrival city. We spent a couple days seeing the attractions, and on the last day I took them to a really cool italian restaurant, Maggiano's Little Italy. I called them in advance to both set up the reservation $($for $14!)$ and explain to them the occasion. When we arrived, they escorted us to a fantastic table and setting, personally welcomed our foreign guests, and offered us a couple bottles of chianti on$-$the$-$house. Our waiter gave us the best service I have ever experienced, and his demeanor and professionalism was off the charts.
