Therefore, the evaluation results you share with your supervisor are not as good as you expected they would be. After the third quarter of reporting you see the state staff responsible for your grant at a conference. The staff comments on your good evaluation results and asks how things are going. You provide a noncommittal answer and when you return to the office you ask your supervisor to see copies of the quarterly results.
