We get out of the car and an interested buyer sees my ad and says, How much do you want for your car? I nod to the buyer and then motion to you, saying, Talk to my friend here. Then I leave to go inside the restaurant. You work out a deal with the buyer. Am I bound to that deal? Has an agency relationship been created?
