1. Does Nevada Revised Statute assign the same or a different NRS Chapter to Criminal Substantive Law and Criminal Procedure. If the Chapter are different, identify the Chapter(s) that apply to each.

2. Murder: What is the dividing line between murder and manslaughter? Explain theNRS sections that defines each.

3. Larceny: What are the common law elements of larceny? List the elements of each of the following theft crimes that make it different from common law larceny by stealth and explain the NRS that defines each of these theft crimes: embezzlement, false pretenses or fraud, receiving stolen property, forgery and uttering a forged instrument and robbery.
