For this assignment $-$ Refer to Mac Odell's Problem to Opportunity exercise darr :

Create both a problem and opportunity tree diagram for your organization on a piece of paper, much like the one pictured on the handout. Pick a topic that produces at least $8$ leaves $($opportunities$).$

Focus on one problem. And as mentioned above, provide at least $8$ opportunities, or leaves, on your opportunity tree.

The visual of the tree is both important and required for this exercise.

When finished, please take a picture of the diagram and upload it to the assignment area or add it to the written portion of this assignment.

Now that you have a visual understanding of your tree please write a few sentences explaining why you chose those inputs $($the roots$).$

Then, provide two questions to accompany each of your opportunities $($each leaf$)$ that lead to a deeper understanding of that opportunity. You'll end up with at least $16$ questions and a much deeper understanding of the opportunity.

Lastly, share your experience with this assignment. How might it support you in uncovering opportunities and inspiring positive change?
