Abstract: This leader analysis paper delves into the leadership qualities of Mark Guerrero, with whom I had the privilege of collaborating on a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project spanning two years. I will refer to Mr. Guerrero as Mark throughout this paper. The aim is to evaluate Mark's leadership style within the context of leadership fundamentals (Unit 1), emotional intelligence (Unit 2), and effective thinking (Unit 3), drawing upon both our course materials and additional references. Through this analysis, we hope to shed light on Mark's remarkable leadership competencies and the invaluable lessons they hold for effective leadership and management.
